The following description highlights some of our recent dissemination activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We participated in a <a href=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/episode\/3Pi4zYEbvVFwhzdSaElS7C\">group interview<\/a> regarding our project was recently featured on the podcast, <em>Nutrire CoLab<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We led a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?si=Kv9cZmwayH-qq5u4&amp;v=XY5QQhRrPjU&amp;feature=youtu.be&amp;ab_channel=CAIANHatCU\">Virtual Learning Circle<\/a> on Indigenous Food Sovereignty in Indigenous Early Childhood Practice sponsored by the Tribal Early Childhood Research Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have <strong>presented<\/strong> <strong>our ongoing work<\/strong> at the following events, meetings, and academic conferences:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Native Children\u2019s Research Exchange Conference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MSU\u2019s Summer Intensive on Community Engaged Scholarship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Society for Pediatric and Perinatal Epidemiology Research\u2019s (SPER) annual meeting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Native American Nutrition Conference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engagement Scholarship Consortium International Conference<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When it makes sense to do so, our team also strives to <strong>publish about our work in peer-reviewed journals<\/strong>. One paper was featured in Early Childhood Research Quarterly for their special issue on racism in the early years: \u201cStories and reflections on gikinawaabi: Recentering Indigenous knowledge in early childhood development through land-based practices.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lastly, we developed an exhibit that was featured at <strong>MSU Museum\u2019s upcoming show called \u201cFood Fight!\u201d.<\/strong> Our exhibit was on display from January to July of 2024.
